A draft commercial invoice and packing list help validate parties, goods, quantities, values, origin and shipment structure.
5. Scope and Incoterm
Clarify who arranges pickup, export formalities, main transport, import clearance, duties and delivery. The chosen Incoterm informs the discussion but does not replace a detailed service scope.
